This large proud standing home has managed to retain many original features. Whilst welcoming contemporary amenities to satisfy the modern day traveller, but keeping a very homely atmosphere. Entering the property, you are welcomed by an open fireplace and staircase which leads up to three floors of bedrooms. Eleven bedrooms situated in the main house with two further bedrooms in the attached cottage.

In the ten years of working with The Manor House, it has been managed with care with constant attention and upgrades by its owner. The House has gone through an extensive renovation making it a stand out property with all the leisure facilities you could ask for. Keeping its character and warmth this really is an impressive home which easily sleeps over 20 guests.

Perfectly suited for large families and gatherings of over 20 guests, with all members of the group feeling they have ample space and privacy around this large Georgian Manor House.

Guests can enjoy many places to be entertained, from the cinema room in the main house to a full sized snooker room, table tennis room and gym located in the adjoining building.

Once outside you have large gardens managed by the full time gardener who puts his focus into homegrown produce and the landscaped lawns. These surrounding the all weather tennis court, football pitch, swimming pool and hot tub all ready for your enjoyment.

Inviting outdoor heated pool with sun loungers are the central spot during warmer months, with massage room, steam room and bathrooms adjacent in the pool house.

We will organise a therapist during your stay who will provide treatments and recovery programmes if needed.

The nordic hot tub is close by for extra relaxation and warmth on cooler evenings.

Sport

The abundance of leisure facilities at Langley House enables our teams of elite athletes to come in and coach should you need.

Have a professional tennis player spend half a day with you to perfect your technique on the all weather tennis court.

For keen runners but don’t want to leave the property grounds, there is ample parkland and gardens to use as a circuit for running as well as the indoor gym for keeping fit.

Dining

A formal dining room in the main house seats up to 20 with added seats being brought in to allow for those larger groups.

The breakfast room next to the main kitchen is light and welcoming for early risers where staff will lay out coffee, juices and fresh items for guests to enjoy.

The house benefits from multiple area for sining outside so our staff will ensure alfresco dining by the pool and around the grounds during your stay.

Entertainment

The in-house cinema room allows you to catch up with the latest blockbuster whilst a full size snooker room keeps your eye in for the keen players.

For the groups who wish to celebrate late into the evening the most unique aspect of this property is an underground nightclub with access via the hallway of the main house or outside grounds. Making this house the ultimate party pad should you need.

Sleep

The large Georgian house boasts 13 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 24 guests.

11 bedrooms in the main house on three floors equally have generous space as well as many having their own luxury bathroom.

Two further bedrooms are attached in the cottage which are ideal for children or staff and have quick access to the gym and table tennis room.

Living Space

A large drawing room with fireplace leads off the central hallway with music system. Large Georgian windows on two sides of the room bring in natural light and add warmth reflection off the original wooden floors.

Across the hallway is a private office and study for those who need to make a private call or catch up on an email.

Grounds

With 85 acres to walk round enjoy the grounds are maintained to a very high level with daily maintenance and upkeep.

Parkland and open spaces for children to run around in as well as a football pitch, all weather tennis court and Swimming pool.

Our chef has access to the home grown produce which will be used throughout your stay during harvest months.
