STEP 1 – GET IN TOUCH

If you’re interested in taking a break or a long term vacation, feel free to get in touch with a member of our team or select the ‘Plan your travels’ tab on the lefthand side of the page.

Step 2 – Initial Ideas

Once we have received your request or travel plans, we’ll be in touch with ideas and concepts for you and your guests.

Step 3 – Curating

After discussions and identifying where you’d like to travel to, we start to hone in on finer details, building itineraries and organising each element of your trip including private chefs, transport, children activities and excursions.

Step 4 – Payments

As a partner of PTS, all monies received by clients for tour related travels and multi-packaged elements are put into a secure trust. This means your money is financially protected throughout the length of your trip. We handle all payments on your behalf and assign contracts as and when required.

Step 5 – Concierge Support

Once we have received your deposits and signed contracts, you will be assigned a member of our concierge team who will be your main point of contact throughout your trip.

Step 6 – Bon Voyage

All you need to do now is pack your bags and head off for your holiday adventure with you and your loved ones. We’ll be with you every step of the way and may even meet you on the ground at some point during your trip!
