We are thrilled to share that we’ve been mentioned in The New York Times.
As we approach the close of another exciting year, we’re looking back on the incredible locations we’ve worked in, the new homes we’ve partnered with, and the events we’ve had the privilege of helping create.
Behind the scenes, our sister company, Eat Five Star, continues to quietly support Hidden and Found and properties, managing, designing, and catering beautiful, meaningful events and stays across Europe.

Like the intimate wedding highlighted in the article, we’ve noticed a growing trend among our clients the past decade: a shift away from excess and toward what truly matters. Fewer guests, but with greater impact and value.
With nearly 20 years of experience in private travel and exclusive access to unique homes, we combine this expertise with our hospitality know-how to help owners gain recognition in some of Europe’s most competitive markets.

Our philosophy has always been to operate like a hotel, providing chefs, front-of-house staff, and full housekeeping teams. What sets us apart is our ability to maintain complete control of the experience. By introducing key clients to property owners and helping secure features in global publications, we continue to be that hidden hospitality cog. Seeing our catering company recognised by The New York Times was a proud moment, not for the publicity, but for why we started.
In a world filled with noise across continents and industries, it’s reassuring to know that a brand I created in 2008, focused on blending unique dining experiences with equally exceptional locations, remains as relevant as ever.

The mention also highlights to me that bigger isn’t always right. Prior to Covid, we were a far bigger team. 22 employees, almost 100 freelance staff and round the clock service 365 days a week. It was non-stop. Like clients scaling back, we’ve scaled back from what we do, to more, how we do it. Same service, different approach, a more impactful outcome.
We continue to be inspired by the homes we work in and the homes you invite us into. It’s truly a unique industry, one that allows us all to touch people’s lives and create lasting memories.
We are, as always, incredibly privileged to do what we do and to work with so many amazing people. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey. We are here, committed to your travel experiences and future needs.
Safe travels,
Edward
