We both realised where we wanted to go, wanted to be, and in which direction to steer our business – authenticity. To truly get to know our owners, their story and creative dreams that got them to buy and build the properties we are so lucky to be able to offer. We want to create the ultimate in comfort but just as important, a genuine family feel in everything we do.

We wanted to reinvent the client/owner relationship. To move away from the more impersonal, commercial aspect, yet preserve extreme comfort, intimacy and luxurious surroundings. To find, and create truly special relationships with exceptional owners and their exclusive properties, all nestled in natural scenery almost impossible to describe.
That less is indeed more, and that without authenticity and true connections, the properties we would offer, we never hit that elusive mark in the hearts of our clients. We wanted to invest in people who’s energy and vision could be deeply felt in every part of their homes. Properties that weren’t just owned but carefully built as homes, and therefore created with love.
In 2020 we packed up our family and home, and moved our lives and company from the rolling British country side to the majestic Alps of France. We wanted to change the way people travelled. To make an experience with us, create ripples in the lives of our clients, but most of all we wanted to create a more authentic client travel experience, without compromising on deep comfort and luxury.
We wanted to take our substantial experience within the hospitality industry, and transform it into a much more organic and less commercial company that would offer the best of properties in simply spectacular locations.
Money has always bought luxury, expensive destinations and 1st class travel, but we wanted to create a business that went beyond what could be bought. To weave that invisible thread of authenticity that could be felt throughout every part of every heartfelt stay. We wanted to team up with owners who shared the same passion for travel and life as we felt, to enable us to create that intangible feeling of belonging filtering through every minute of every stay.
The world has become a very small place. And there are not many untouched places left to explore. Where the energy in nature still feels powerful, unspoiled, and where horizons stretch undisturbed for miles and miles and the eye can rest and the mind can unwind. Where you can swim in mountain lakes so clear that you can drink straight from it. They are hidden from most but for us they have been found.
